What this event is
The fall Just In Time fair is built for employers doing last-minute recruiting for immediate openings and spring internships. Smaller than the September fairs and more urgent.

Every employer paid to be here in November, which means they have a role open right now. Smaller fair, shorter lines, faster decisions. Ask each one directly: what is the start date for the role you are filling.
Show up prepared

- 2Bring a resume that lists your availability date at the top.
- 3If you need sponsorship, ask before the conversation gets long.
Sponsorship reality
Sponsorship varies by employer. No organizer publishes sponsorship. Check each employer you plan to meet against H-1B disclosure data before you go, and ask in the first two minutes so neither side wastes the conversation.
