What this event is
WomenHack runs curated speed-networking evenings for women in tech and allies. Candidates apply for an invite, the team matches profiles to the employers attending, and the night runs as rapid one-on-one rounds followed by mutual matching.

Who should go
Women engineers and allies at any level. Employers pay to attend, so they come with open roles.
This is the closest thing Dallas has to a real software job fair. The invite filter means the room is all engineers and all hiring teams. Apply for the invite the day this page goes up, not the week of.
Show up prepared
- 1Apply for the invite early and fill out the profile completely. Matching is done from it.
- 2Prepare a two-minute version of your background. Rounds are short.
- 3After the event, select your matches the same night. Employers do the same.
Sponsorship reality
Sponsorship varies by employer. No organizer publishes sponsorship. Check each employer you plan to meet against H-1B disclosure data before you go, and ask in the first two minutes so neither side wastes the conversation.
Showing up is half of it.
