NJIT hosts the Career Experience Expo on Friday, October 2, 2026 from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM at the Central King Building's NJII Agile Strategy Lab in Newark. The event connects employers with NJIT's most engaged engineering and computing students through meaningful one-on-one conversations rather than a crowded booth format.

NJIT computing and engineering students and recent grads who want depth over booth-hopping.
This is the follow-up shot after the September 23 career fair, and the smaller format is where offers actually get shaped. Bring a project you can demo on a laptop, because a seated conversation rewards specifics. Ask each recruiter what their team ships and whether they hire international grads; NJIT has a big international cohort and recruiters here expect the question. Register in Handshake early since seats are limited.
