What this event is
WomenHack returns to New York on Tuesday, December 1, 2026 at 6 PM with its rapid-interview format, where pre-screened women and non-binary technologists meet 15–40 candidates' worth of employers in 5-minute rounds. It is free for candidates by invitation and typically features software engineers, designers, PMs and data scientists with 2–15 years of experience.

December events are underrated; fewer candidates show up and recruiters are filling Q1 reqs. Use the October event as a rehearsal if you can get into both. Ask every employer about sponsorship immediately and keep a short list of the yeses. Send follow-ups that night, because recruiters go on holiday break fast.
