What this event is
Live! 360 Tech Con runs November 15–20 at the Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando, co-locating Visual Studio Live!, Data Platform, TechMentor, AI, enterprise architecture and cybersecurity tracks with 200+ sessions and hands-on labs. Packages range from roughly $1,825 for three days to $3,725 for the full week. It draws developers, data and IT professionals across roles and levels.

Who should go
.NET, SQL Server, Azure and enterprise developers whose employer will cover the ticket, or who are deep in the Microsoft ecosystem.
This is expensive, so only go if your company pays or you're a senior Microsoft-stack engineer targeting enterprise employers. The expo hall and evening events are where recruiting happens; vendors and consultancies at these booths hire constantly and many of the larger ones file H-1Bs. Skip the labs if networking is your goal. Book early because the hotel sells out.

Sponsorship varies by employer. No organizer publishes sponsorship. Check each employer you plan to meet against H-1B disclosure data before you go, and ask in the first two minutes so neither side wastes the conversation.
