ASU's Winter Career Fair at the Tempe Memorial Union targets students seeking full-time positions, with employers recruiting December and May graduates. It is open to ASU students and registration is through CareerLink. Fall 2026 employer lists are posted there ahead of the fair.

This fair is smaller than the September blowout and much more full-time focused, which is exactly what a December grad needs. Phoenix employers like American Express, State Farm, GoDaddy and USAA have a track record of recruiting ASU new grads and sponsoring, so they are the tables to hit first. Skip the retail and staffing booths. If you are on a visa timeline, say your start date and work authorization out loud in the first 30 seconds; it saves everyone time.
