What this event is
HackerX runs an invite-only, rapid-interview recruiting night where pre-screened developers rotate through employers in five-minute rounds. The Silicon Valley edition is scheduled for Monday, October 12, 2026 in San Jose with the host venue already secured. Developers attend free after applying for an invite.

Engineers with roughly two or more years of experience who are actively looking and want many first conversations in one evening.
HackerX is the highest-density employer contact you will get in the Valley without a referral, but only if you get the invite, so apply now and make your profile read like a strong LinkedIn. Five minutes is a screen, not a chat: lead with your stack, your last measurable win, and what you want next. Sponsorship varies by company; I ask on the first rotation so I do not waste the remaining ones. Stay for the open networking at the end, that is where the real follow-ups happen.
