What this event is
Santa Clara University's flagship fall fair is open to all SCU students and alumni and draws many hundreds of attendees across industries. Employers register through Handshake; students register on Handshake to see the employer list.

SCU students and alumni in CS, computer engineering or data-focused programs looking for internships and new-grad roles.
This is the all-majors fair, so the tech booths get crowded fast; go straight to them at 2 PM before the line forms. Use it to warm up for the STEM-specific fair two weeks later, where the same recruiters will remember your face. Ask each engineering recruiter directly whether their new-grad pipeline sponsors, because Silicon Valley mid-size companies vary wildly. Alumni can attend, which makes this one of the few Bay Area campus fairs open to recent grads.

Sponsorship reality
Sponsorship varies by employer. No organizer publishes sponsorship. Check each employer you plan to meet against H-1B disclosure data before you go, and ask in the first two minutes so neither side wastes the conversation.
