What this event is
The 7th annual Florida Technology Summit runs November 19 from 8 AM to 4 PM at the Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park with keynotes, breakout theaters, executive roundtables and an exhibit hall. It targets IT and security executives and their direct reports across Florida. Registration requests are reviewed for qualification.

I'd only send experienced people here. Registration is gated to IT leaders and their reports, so juniors will likely be declined.
