ISACA means the room tilts toward security, audit and governance, but Richmond's big employers send generalist tech recruiters to these things, and a Saturday at Topgolf is an easy environment to have a long conversation. Do not expect a booth-and-line job fair; treat it as a networking day and collect names. Sponsorship will depend entirely on which companies show; Capital One, CarMax and Dominion have sponsored, most small Richmond consultancies have not.
