I would not pay full price for this to job hunt. If your employer covers it, work the expo on the 29th and 30th, because vendor booths are staffed by engineers and sales engineers who know who is hiring. Ask every booth who their hiring manager is, not whether they are hiring. Sponsorship is unknown here; most exhibitors are mid-size tooling vendors, so check each company's H-1B history before you get excited.
