What this event is
The University of Arizona runs its Fall Career Days STEM fair across two days in October, with employers recruiting across science, technology, engineering and math. Registration is through Handshake, where the confirmed employer list is posted. It is the main on-campus tech recruiting event of the semester for Wildcats.

UArizona students and recent grads in CS, ECE, data science and related programs.
Two days means the crowd splits, and recruiters are far more relaxed on day two. Tucson employers skew defense, optics and aerospace, so expect a lot of citizenship-only booths; filter the Handshake list by work authorization before you go. Amazon, Microsoft and IBM have historically shown up here, and those are the sponsorship-realistic tables. Do not queue at the longest line first; hit the mid-size companies while they are fresh.

Sponsorship reality
Sponsorship varies by employer. No organizer publishes sponsorship. Check each employer you plan to meet against H-1B disclosure data before you go, and ask in the first two minutes so neither side wastes the conversation.
