What this event is
WomenHack's Phoenix recruiting event puts pre-screened women technologists in front of 15 to 20 inclusive employers in a rapid five-minute interview format. Candidates apply for an invite and are curated against employer needs. It is free for approved attendees and the venue is announced to invitees.

Who should go
Women in software, data, design and product with roughly two or more years of experience and an active search.
Speed formats reward a tight pitch, so rehearse your 60 seconds until it is boring to you. The employer list is only visible once you are approved, so apply early and then decide if the lineup is worth the night. WomenHack does not vet for sponsorship; the mix is usually local mid-size companies plus a few big names, so ask each table directly. Bring a list of three questions that force a real answer about the role, not the culture.

Sponsorship reality
Sponsorship varies by employer. No organizer publishes sponsorship. Check each employer you plan to meet against H-1B disclosure data before you go, and ask in the first two minutes so neither side wastes the conversation.
