All Things Open 2026 runs October 19 and 20 at the Raleigh Convention Center. Monday is workshops, deep dives and four free co-located events including an MLH AI hackathon; Tuesday is the full conference with 100+ sessions. Sponsors include Google, IBM, Red Hat, Salesforce, Akamai, Dynatrace, AWS, Capital One, Fidelity, GitHub and Microsoft. Tuesday tickets are $99 through September 25, then $149.

Buy the Tuesday ticket before the September 25 price jump and spend the sponsor hall hours talking to engineers, not swag tables. Red Hat, IBM, Capital One and Fidelity all have big Triangle offices and sponsor H-1Bs, so ask booth staff for the recruiter's contact, not just a QR code. The Monday MLH hackathon is free and a real signal for new grads. Follow up on LinkedIn the same week referencing the talk you both attended.
