What this event is
On October 6, 2026 from 5 to 7 PM in the HUB Lyceum, Allen School Industry Affiliate companies sit down with small groups of CS and CE students after a networking session. Each table pairs two industry representatives with six students, allowing deeper conversations than a booth. Participation is limited to Industry Affiliate partners and Allen School students.

Allen School CS and CE majors who would rather have one real conversation than twenty handshakes.
If you are an Allen School student, this beats the fair itself: recruiters remember dinner conversations and forget booth lines. The Industry Affiliates roster is dominated by Seattle-area tech employers that routinely sponsor H-1B, but confirm per company because affiliates also include startups that cannot. Come with two specific questions about the team's engineering problems rather than 'what do you do'.

Sponsorship reality
Sponsorship varies by employer. No organizer publishes sponsorship. Check each employer you plan to meet against H-1B disclosure data before you go, and ask in the first two minutes so neither side wastes the conversation.
