What this event is
The Allen School's in-person fall fair is Tuesday, October 13, 2026 from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM in the HUB Ballroom. From 11:30 to 2:00 it is open only to Allen School CSE students, then to students in related majors. Recruiters come from Industry Affiliate partner companies, and the school reports more than 1,400 CSE students and alumni participating in its recruiting fairs.

Who should go
Allen School students first, then ECE, iSchool and data science majors after 2 PM.
This is the one Seattle fair where every single booth is hiring software people. The 11:30 to 2:00 CSE-only window is your edge if you are in the program; if you are a related major, show up at 1:45 and be first in line at 2:00. The affiliate roster leans toward Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Meta and well-funded startups, and most of the large names sponsor, but the startups are a coin flip, so ask directly.
Show up prepared

Sponsorship reality
Sponsorship varies by employer. No organizer publishes sponsorship. Check each employer you plan to meet against H-1B disclosure data before you go, and ask in the first two minutes so neither side wastes the conversation.
