What this event is
WSU's fall expo on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 brings over 230 employers to Beasley Coliseum on the Pullman campus with a technical-opportunities focus. It is open to WSU undergraduate and graduate students, who register through Handshake. A free van shuttle runs between the CUB and the coliseum.

WSU students in computer science, software engineering, data analytics and EE looking for summer 2027 internships or full-time roles.
Pullman fairs are heavy on regional employers, Schweitzer Engineering, Boeing and government agencies, so software people should filter hard on Handshake first. Many of the biggest booths are defense or utilities that require US work authorization without sponsorship; ask that question in the first 30 seconds if it matters to you. The Seattle tech companies that show up here are recruiting for Cougs specifically, so lead with the WSU projects and clubs on your resume.

Sponsorship reality
Sponsorship varies by employer. No organizer publishes sponsorship. Check each employer you plan to meet against H-1B disclosure data before you go, and ask in the first two minutes so neither side wastes the conversation.
