What this event is
IEEE at USF hosts its first career fair on October 21 from 10 AM to 2:30 PM at the Marshall Student Center, expecting 150+ engineering students grouped into focus areas including Systems + Security, Communications and Robotics/Mechatronics + Embedded Systems. It is organized with multiple IEEE student chapters and is free to attend.

Who should go
USF computer and electrical engineering students in embedded, security, robotics or systems tracks.
This is a hardware-leaning room, so pure web developers will find fewer matches; embedded, firmware and security people should absolutely go. A first-year student-run fair means smaller employer count but far more conversation time per booth. Tampa's defense and comms employers will be here and most require citizenship. Ask what the interview loop looks like; small fairs let you get that detail.
