What this event is
USF's primary all-majors Job & Internship Fair runs 11 AM to 3 PM on October 7 at the Marshall Student Center, open to undergraduate and graduate students across all industries. Registration is through USF Handshake. Employers recruit for both internships and full-time roles.

Who should go
USF students who missed the Sept 29 tech fair or want to catch non-tech companies with internal software teams.
Insurers, banks, hospitals and logistics firms with big internal engineering teams show up here, not at the tech fair, so it's worth the second trip. Filter the employer list to anyone with 'technology' or 'analyst' roles and skip the rest. Sponsorship is mixed, and the bigger the employer, the more likely they do it. Ask the recruiter for the engineering hiring manager's name.

Sponsorship varies by employer. No organizer publishes sponsorship. Check each employer you plan to meet against H-1B disclosure data before you go, and ask in the first two minutes so neither side wastes the conversation.
