GTC is not a job fair, but it is the best AI recruiting room in DC this year. NVIDIA and its partners staff the expo with engineers, and NVIDIA is a heavy H-1B sponsor, so being memorable at a booth can turn into a referral. The DC edition skews public sector, so many integrator booths will be clearance-only; target NVIDIA itself, cloud partners and the commercial AI vendors. If the ticket is too expensive, watch for expo-only or student passes.
