What this event is
WIT hosts its fall in-person job fair on November 20 from 10 AM to 1 PM at Carahsoft's Reston conference center. It connects technology and business professionals of all levels with DC-metro employers, is free for job seekers with registration, and both women and men are welcome; exhibitors pay to attend.

Who should go
Engineers at any level who want a Reston-corridor employer sweep in one morning, especially those open to government-adjacent commercial work.
Reston plus Carahsoft means a government-contractor heavy floor, and a large share of those booths need a clearance or citizenship, so I mark this one 'no' for sponsorship as a default. It is still worth going if you are a citizen or green-card holder: the density of hiring recruiters is high and the free headshot alone is a nice bonus. If you need sponsorship, skim the exhibitor list first and go only if there are commercial names on it.
