San Diego State's fall all-industries career and internship fair at Montezuma Hall, listed by SDSU Career Services as open to the public. The STEM-only fair was in September, so this is the remaining fall fair for tech-leaning employers on campus.

SDSU students, alumni and local job seekers looking for entry-level software and IT roles at regional employers.
Open-to-public campus fairs are rare, so if you are not an SDSU student, this is your cheapest shot at recruiters who normally only see students. The employer mix is all-industries, so pull the list from Handshake or the career site beforehand and only queue at the ones posting engineering roles. Expect a lot of local employers and government agencies; sponsorship will be spotty, so ask directly. Arrive at 10 sharp, because the software booths get long lines fast.
