What this event is
WomenHack's November 11 Washington DC event brings women technologists together with 15 to 20 employers for a networking hour, short keynotes and its signature rapid one-on-one interview rounds. Attendance is free for candidates but invite-based; you apply and the team sends curated invites.

Women software engineers, data scientists, product managers and designers with at least some professional experience who want direct recruiter conversations.
This is one of the most efficient formats in the city: you sit down with a hiring manager for five minutes, and they already came to hire. Apply early because invites are curated and the DC event fills. The employer mix leans commercial, which is good news for sponsorship, but confirm on the spot because the roster changes every time. Bring a crisp thirty-second story and let them ask the questions.
